How Qigong is used in my sessions
In my sessions, I use Qigong to gently guide individuals into the body and shift awareness from the mind to embodied experience. The aim is to regulate the nervous system and increase inner awareness.
Additionally, based on my training, I integrate Qigong with a emotional detox approach. This approach focuses on the relationship between emotions and the body, particularly how emotional experiences are stored in specific organs. The practice supports awareness of stored emotional intensity and facilitates its release through appropriate techniques.
I also integrate Qigong techniques into my sessions when they are aligned with your intention, your body, and the topic you wish to work on.
